This item hasn't delevied its say it has but is hasn't??

I have not received this lipstick but Alexa says it has been delivered

what colour is the shade "starry eyed"? im looking for browns..

Starry eyed is too purple & goth like, but that's just my opinion, as I have very fair skinned.

Is this the same colour as the previous 700 in a different package?

It’s a slightly different shade I bought it thinking it would be the same however I still wear it.

Is the rosy pink more a reddish colour? Is it bright colour? Thank you in advance!

Purchased Rimmel Long Lasting Finish Lipstick Nude which is long lasting, the Rosy Pink was not available to be sent at the time of order so cannot comment on colour.
