I purchased this product on 17th of October, 2024. My wife and I use this torch to walk my Rottweiler at night. To begin with, this torch has spot beam and the throw of the spot beam is good but understand the difference between spot beam and spread. The center (about 1 to 1.5 meter) is very well lit up but the surrounding area isn't lit up (below average to be honest). I thought to myself that no matter what, we have to manage with this product and that's exactly what we tried. Within a month the 1st slot of the power button (the power button is a slider button which toggeles between off, medium brightness and max brightness) that gives medium brightness started having a play in the slider and would only work if you work the button and keep it pressed. Since the Battery is big I started using the max brightness only. Under 10 days of using it on max brightness, that stopped working as well. The product comes with 6 months warranty which needs to be fulfilled by Wipro and not by Amazon unless Wipro gives you a service denial letter (I can't think of any company providing it's customer with a service denial letter). This above was informed to me on the 4th call to Amazon. On the 1st call, amazon give me a phone number and email to contact wipro which was wrong. I found the correct details and called Wipro and emailed them on 15th of December and the only response I got from them on 3 separate occasion is that someone will get in touch with me (over a period of 13 days nothing has happened so far). Why is this product still being listed on Amazon when there are multiple customers mentioning the same issue with the product? Why is Amazon not taking this product down? Why is Amazon not bothered about its customers who spend their money to buy the listed products? Why is Amazon giving it's customer a run around? Why is Wipro not tending to its customers? Is Amazon taking note of these issues and accordingly eliminating such product from its humongous SKU? It is extremely disheartening to see Amazon turning into what Snapdeal used to be by selling rubbish products and not taking any accountability when the products turn out to be utter rubbish. Please don't waste your time, money and energy on this product only to find yourself to be stuck in this vicious cycle of insanity.

Good brightness, very light very bad durability, the light stopped working after 8 months because the switch broke, and the battery is also not so good anymore. Which I guess is normal for 800rs, cheap product, cheap quality
