Taylor GS Mini-e Mahogany Acoustic-electric Guitar - Natural

I've been playing guitar for over 50 years and I own a variety of acoustic and electric guitars including several Martins, Fender Tele, Gibson acoustic, etc. I researched the Baby Taylor, Big Baby Taylor and this guitar. The GS mini I believe just has higher quality components, better construction, and better sound. It's a great size to just pick up and play around the house. I bought one for my daughter as well and she takes it to friends homes and get togethers. Very playable, nice rich sound. Highly recommend!

I’m an intermediate player that’s owned a few higher end guitars, even though I wasn’t worthy of playing them. Every time I browsed at GC, I always picked up GS mini and loved it, but spent more on a different guitar later. I just got back into acoustic and picked one up. It’s an easy playing, great sounding guitar. If Taylor were to make an all-wood US version for double the price, I’d be in. A+

A really beautiful guitar, I love the look of the mahogany wood, warm and beautiful. The sound is warm and beautiful also. I was really impressed. As with all Taylor Mini’s the volume of sound compared to the size of the guitar is amazing and it’s so comfortable to play. I do love it. I’m glad I got the Mini-e model though I don’t usually play amplified. It’s nice to have though and again I was impressed when I plugged it in to a small amp. at home. Good sound and easy to adjust to your likes I thought. Fun to play amplified even in my apartment not too loud 😃. So I definitely recommend a Taylor Mini-e Mahogany, I couldn’t be happier playing with mine.

I’m a fan of Taylor guitars. I own 3 other Taylor guitars, a couple acoustic Martins and an electric Fender. The GS Mini with electronics did not disappoint. I take it with me when I travel for work so I can practice on the road and I can even use my mini Spark GO cordless amplifier. If you want to learn guitar or you just enjoy playing when you travel, definitely spring for a quality guitar that inspires you to play because it sounds good.

The guitar is beautiful and easy to play. The acoustic guitar is absolutely perfect. The electric in my ears is about as bad as it gets. I didn’t by it intending to use the electric but I was hoping it would be better. I absolutely recommend buying just an acoustic only. Don’t waist your money on the “e” version.

Sounds amazing for such a small guitar. Perfect guitar for playing anywhere you go. Electronics are ok. Mahogany version has a warm punchy tone great and Iam quite satisfied with it so far.
