Perfect for a small craft project.

This is an adorable little birdhouse…it’s small but oh so cute. I painted mine the same color scheme as my house and it looks great hanging in my front yard tree.It swings in the wind though so not sure if it will attract birds. I surely do hope so.The side window is nice to easily see if there’s any activity.

Where there is a string on top, it is threaded through a huge hole in top which would only massively flood the inside. I just pulled the string out, filled it with hot glue, screwed it to a board and put it in my tree. Problem solved. I like the latch side to be able to clean it out too.

Great size and shape. I love the window on the one side. It makes it easy to see if birds are nesting. We will be putting this up in the spring.

Overall, nice quality but dowel rod/perch won't fit into hole (I'll have to re-drill & glue.) For an outdoor design, surprised that there is no coating on exterior and especially roof (I'll apply polyurethane coating.)Got what I paid for...

I was unable to open the side panel of 2 out of 3 boxes that I purchased, and the screws provided don't even fit the hanging fixture in the back of the box that would normally allow you to fix the box to a wall or fence. I couldn't find any screws with a small enough head to insert into the fitting and was told anything with a smaller screw head would only be 3/8 long - too short to attach the nesting box to a fence. Very disappointing.
