Good moral boos for kids

This has now become a regular bedtime story book for my 7 year old. the stories are well know and brief and offering insights into values like honesty, perseverance, and wit. The language is simple but expressive for the kids. However, one could also find the moral lessons repetitive too.

At First glance this book is fantastic. But while reading it you will notice the pictures are not related to the storyline, rather it most pictures are generalized. Looses interest to read the book.

Im reading this book for my 5 year old boy, it contains a lot of short stories so he will ask me to read at least 5 stories everynight before bedtime. Im just worried about some words used like “idiot” and such used, most stories are about killing and getting killed. I would skip this kind of stories. Only there is a moral at the end which is good. But otherwise, I wouldnt recommend to read with young kids. Just my opinion.

Ok. Over the head of my nephew- who is 4. Some of the stories are not well written.

I bought this book to read for my 5 month old daughter. Most of the stories are only one page long. It seems too little but it’s really good for kids who can’t stay concentrated for a long time. + the stories are really good and each of them has a good moral
