Roxil Wood Waterproofing Liquid (5L & Sprayer Clear) 10 Year Wood Preserver Outdoor, Wood Sealer for decking, Fence, Sheds and Furniture

I have to admit that I was sceptical about the waterproofing capabilites of this product. There was no need to be. I used it to spray a large shed (5m x 3m) that I built myself with sarking planks, which are fairly rough. I managed to cover the entire shed with two coats, but only just. The pressure bottle was simple to use and was better quality than I was expecting. I've flushed it through with water, so it can be re-purposed. As for my shed, the day after spraying on the sealant I tried wetting the side of the shed with a hose. The water didnt soak the wood and what was left after turning off the hose just beaded and ran off.

Amazing stuff 5 ltrs did my 12x8 shed twice,water just beads up on surface as seen in photos.Bought spray gun works really well used a emulsion roller to help coverage brilliant stuff

Bought this to do my fence panels. Very good and very easy to do, not sure if I used enough on each panel and the spray wasn’t fast coming out but did the job well and very easy to use for beginners.

I was a bit unsure as to whether this would do as it said, but it did exactly that ! I was very pleased with how easy and quick it was to apply with the sprayer provided, and the product seems to be working well repelling all the rain we are having 🤦🏻‍♂️🙄

I purchased this with the Spear & Jackson sprayer and I managed to get 15’ of fence done with two coats in under 20 minutes. Yes it goes on like milk but it’s meant to. After having a new fence we wanted to keep it a more natural look hence why we decided on this product. I’d imagine it would be very messy and a nightmare applying by brush due to the viscosity of it. You also need to apply two coats, the second coat has to be applied before the first coat has dried, typically within 30 minutes of each other, this is another reason to consider spraying it on rather than brushing. I’m very happy with the product, if you overspray it doesn’t stain, just a milky residue that washes away. Finally you need to be confident on the weather, you must protect the treated areas from rain for 24 hours after applying and apply only on dry wood.
