Benefiber On the Go Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Powder for Digestive Health, Daily Fiber Powder, Unflavored Powder Stick Packs - 28 Sticks (3.92 Ounces)

I love this fiber supplement. It is easy to mix with either hot or cold drinks. I usually mix it with my protein shake and collagen powder for my breakfast. It really helps with my digestion being on GLP1 medication.

Better bowel movement.

It's ok.

Excelente producto solo que es muy caro para los poquitos sobres que contiene la caja.

This prebiotic fiber supplement is an absolute game-changer for maintaining digestive health while on a busy schedule. The "On The Go" stick packs are incredibly convenient to toss into a laptop bag or pocket, ensuring you never miss a daily dose. What sets this apart from other supplements is that it is truly unflavored and non-thickening; it dissolves completely into water, coffee, or yogurt without changing the taste or adding any gritty texture. Since it’s a plant-based prebiotic fiber, it works gently with the body to support regularity without the bloating or gas often associated with harsher alternatives. If you're looking for a seamless, mess-free way to hit your daily fiber goals, this is the gold standard.
