Great for Starbucks airport runs.
I like the cup holder but I find that it's use is a bit limited because it does not come with any kind of bottom structure (as shown in the pic), so I can't use it to hold my cylindrical water bottle or any type of canned beverage. (They fall right through.) It is only good for my airport Starbucks runs, for large-ish cups that taper outward.Edited my initial review because of the amazing customer service. Apparently the shipper didn't send the flexible rubber insert that allows you to use this for water bottles, but the company sent it to me.No longer will I have embarrassing coffee splashes or condensation marks from trying to wedge my drink between my arm and my chest as I hold for my boarding pass and pull my luggage

Flight crew's BFF
Love this cup holder for my rollerboard. Now I can be hands free going through the airport, no more fumbling trying to find a place for my coffee while showing my badge/ticket. Only problem I've had is that if it is jarred (like going from airplane to jet bridge or other step down), the plastic piece may dislodge from the unit. Now I know to not put the cup in before I have stepped down with my bag.

I'm pretty sad as I didn't end up using this for my trip. The little attachment for small water bottles and coffee cups was missing, so unfortunately my thermos nor water bottle would fit. I guess it would work for a big water bottle, but I was discouraged and put it away after realizing it wouldn't hold my coffee. Cool idea though.

Not as pictured! :(
The picture shows a bracket that supports the drink on the sides and the bottom. My package only has a ring. The drink would fall right through. I hope the sellers of this product gets in touch with me and fixes this problem. $20 is a lot to pay for something, and you don't get what is portrayed in the picture. I bought two of them, One pink for me and one black for my husband and they were both the same way with no support to hold a drink !

NOT what is pictured, buyer beware, do NOT recommend.
Looking at the photo of the product, there is the piece that attaches to the suitcase, and then a black piece that comes down that actually holds the beverage. The black piece isn't included with the product, which makes it all but useless except for very specific sizes and types of cups. NOT happy that the product doesn't match the photo, and even more annoyed that Amazon wouldn't help to fix this.

Great Idea
This is the smartest device I have seen in years. Makes travel, especially airport travel way less hassle. I love my coffee, but with carry on luggage, belts on and off, shoes on and off etc, travel is a pain. This device really simplifies travel and makes enjoying a cup of coffee way easier and convenient.

Cup holder- poor design, nice idea, came apart.
It works. Almost too wide to fit between carry on bag handle. Seems to be designed for larger bags you would check in. A roll pin fell out holding it together. We had to design a way to fix it, involved using paper clip to keep the roll pin from coming out. One star for falling apart and being almost too big to fit. The expander is useless.

No more loosing my expensive airport drinks!
The greatest thing yet for travelers. Never have a place to set down my cup when I need my hand free. Also beats kicking it over after you've set your drink on the floor while sitting in the airport. Can't wait to use it wherever i go. I can even ride shuttle buses with it in use.
