Recently entering peri-menopause and among all the wonderfully disrespectful symptoms I have developed palpitations and high anxiety which caused me a nervous breakdown at work! I digress. I didn’t want to go on psych meds right away so I looked far and wide for a natural solution. Then I read a review on these gummies from someone who suffered from severe PTSD and they worked better than all their psych meds combined! So I gave them a try. My husband and I are on our fourth bottle! This really works! (Side note! Please do not stop taking psych meds suddenly and seek medical advice first! Stopping psych meds suddenly can have serious effects on your mental health.) I take one of these gummies in the morning at my job if I’m feeling anxiety and it works within 15 minutes! And I take one at night before bed as it helps tremendously to quiet down all the random annoying thoughts that bounce around in my head before bed. It’s worth noting that this is not like melatonin, it doesn’t make you physically groggy, it quiets the mind and you’re able to wake up the next day just fine. I actually feel like I get sleep at night now. My husband (a corrections officer) takes around 3 to help him settle down to sleep. Taste: The taste is a little tart but not bad at all, and the size of each gummy is a little larger than expected, overall I personally like them and I’m very picky. The first time my husband took them he chucked two in his mouth at the same time, took one bite and gagged LOL! I suggest chewing one at a time, which is what he does now. I’m truly so grateful for these gummies!!

A must-have product for stress reliefe! One of the best products to calm and sleep. No side effects for me, pleasent taste, love it.

If this were a sleep-aid, it would be 10 stars. I struggled to stay awake about 45 minutes after taking the recommended dose of 2 gummies (5’4 145lbs), and had to lie down for a nap. I probably could’ve slept for hours, but I’m a mom, so I had to get up and get back to feeding people and managing the household. It was tough to function, however, I was not stressed, so still 4/5 stars!
