very comfortable and perfect thickness. Wish it was bit more dense but it depends on person to person. one more thing, i received it without outer cover from amazon. But i contacted WhiteWillow customer service and they asked me my order details etc on whatsapp. The sent me the outer cover which is excellent. Really impressed with customer service.

The best pillow I have ever used. Writing the review after using it for a year now. I had a recurring pain in my neck and upper shoulder. And mostly it used to get aggreavated in sleep and I use to wake up with a stiff neck and pain in the morning. But from the time I started using this pillow, it has been such a relief, waking up with a stiff neck and shouldr pain is become history. The pillow is soft and adjusts as per the shape of your head and neck. However while sleeping on one side I take a folded napkin for additional support. When sleeping on your back. It gives you the best support. I would strongly recommend you to go ahead with this pillow.
