The craftsmanship was very good- very sturdyVery pleased with the product- this should last a very long time- had the white plastic kind before wasn’t even 2 years old and it broke, cracked- it was a mess

NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO HELP
No instruction manual included, machine screws were too long for hardware, should have been a template for marking the placement of mounting brackets. No quality control for packaging this product. No phone number or email for installation support. Lots of swearing and guesswork during installation.
