The flour was nice and easy to prepare. I had purchased others before from other places and has not been a good experience. I will ordered again when need it.

Soft Great Tasting Tortilla
I use this to make tortillas. For every cup of masa I do 1/4 cup of flour and add a little salt. There is a bit of a science to homemade corn tortillas but if you do it right you’ll get soft flexible tortilla. The taste is great too, nothing like fresh ground nixtamalized blue corn but it works!

Good product
I try a lot of new foods and spices, and sometimes I just can't get them to work. So far I have not been able to get this product NOT to work. it is yummy in every form I have tried it in. I have no idea what I am doing with it and it turns every dish into something earthy yet exotic. A great discovery for my kitchen! Will buy again.
