Scanner MaxiCOM MK900, 2026 Bidirectional Scan Tool as MK900BT/MX900

Scanner arrived and setup was simple. I have some history with Autel scan tools in a shop setting previously so it felt familiar. I personally have a Snap on scan too and wanted something that went along with it but to cater to German vehicles a little bit better than the Snap on scan tools have. I had previously used an Mk808 at my previous workplace and after reviewing the details of this scan tool I decided I wanted to give it a try vs the 808 I had already experienced. Still felt very familiar just a little bit bigger than Mk808 but not it big. Pulling up the scan tool application is simple and smooth. A feature I’ve always enjoyed from Autel has been the vin read function. The tool has a nice durable finish and plenty of cord vs having a Bluetooth dongle. Which id be afraid to lose or leave in a car. Navigating through the functions for data and information was reasonable and similar to my Snap in scanner. Autel was the first scanner that I used and liked due to it being so comparable to Snap on in time it takes to get from one parameter to another. Has all the hot functions for bi-directions controls that help to diagnose issues. Another feature I like about Autel is it gives you the data and allows you to choose from a list if you’d like to just focus on certain data pids. This is able to be done on Snap on scanners but something you have to get to. On the Autel it automatically gives you the data and the ability to select parameters right away. Overall it’s a great deal for the price compared the price of a new professional tool given the functionality and information you are able to access. Look forward to my next tool purchase from Autel.

The Autel MK900 is a neat little OBD2 diagnostic bidirectional scanner that is easy to use for DIY auto mechanics like me. After the first year, Autel wants to charge you a bunch of money for upgrades, but other than that, I think this is one of the better scanners for the initial cost. I like the features that the MK900 comes with, seems like it has more than other scanners that I’ve used in the past. I’ve used this scanner on GM and Toyota autos with no issues. The model I purchased doesn’t have Bluetooth, just the OBD2 cable, however the cable is long enough to get the job done.

This scanner works really well and feels very sturdy. The screen is big and easy to use, I love how many features it has—lots of active tests and service functions that help diagnose issues quickly. It also works with many different cars, which is a big plus. The only downside is that it’s a bit bulky, but honestly, it’s worth it for everything it can do. I also appreciate the fast auto-scan feature.

I’ve been using the Autel MK900 around the garage and it’s been a good tool to have. The bidirectional controls on the MK900 have been really useful. Being able to trigger tests directly helped me narrow things down faster. No issues with performance so far. It feels solid, runs smooth, and the layout is easy to follow. Glad I picked this one up.

Absolutely amazing scanner. I recently damaged my old scanner and needed an upgrade. Looking into options this one was the best fit. I have zero issues with FCA AutoAuth, I can program/code vehicles. It's amazing. Pros: device size and weight, battery life, vehicle coding, Autel brand, durable thick cable, responsive touchscreen, cloud reports, camera, Bluetooth, wifi easy to use, and fast loading. Cons: doesnt program with the J2534. Which is to be expected when the scanner is several thousand dollars. Absolutely recommend to any technician, diy, shop manager/owner. The price is fair for what you get.

This scanner is good for the price but I wish I got the Bluetooth version. Don’t like that you can’t export the data to the sd card for use in Excel.

This is a great scanner either for a DIY or even a professional, I work on vehicles in a professional setting and take this with me wherever I go as it will do almost anything I need. The price is right and the scanner is amazing.

Es un equipo profesional pero lamentablemente no cumplen con lo que ofrecen, en este caso ofrecían 2 años de actualizaciónes gratis y acceso a FCA también gratis al ingresar a una ram 2021 me pidió inscribir en autoauth ya ahí me pidió el pago de 60 dólares para poder acceder a borrar códigos en esa ram, la herramienta te pide accesar e ingresar contraseña y usuario lo cual hace tedioso trabajar con la misma le di 3 estrellas solo por qué el equipo si se ve uy profesional pero no es tan útil, ojalá que Autel solucione está oferta entonces cambiaré mi opinión creo que lo mejor será devolver el equipo.

La Herramienta esta excelente para poder hacer un diagnostico mas acertado, las dunciones bidireccionales son la diferencia Lo recomiendo

Bonjour après réception et essai de ma nouvelle valise . Je suis bluffé par ce model qui répond très bien a mes attentes produits complet,simple à utiliser . Me permet d'avoir un diagnostic précis et beaucoup de petites fonctions très utile.. je recommande très fortement ce produit si vous débuté dans ce domaine ou même si vous n'êtes pas a votre premier diagnostic. Et en plus le renouvellement des mise a jours n'est pas excessif....
