How does the pen look upon unboxing? Is it shiny or dull?

It's shiny at first, but like any raw brass, it will dull and get a cool vintage looking patina very quickly, that's the whole point. You can easily shine it up with some polish, but if you don't want that hassle, get a gold one.

How is tip wiggle on the brass model?

I have a brass and a few older steel versions. I can detect no difference between them. I have never really noticed any wiggle in any of them. The brass one just looks cooler!

Will a G2 ink refill fit inside?
