Upgrade 100112330 Water Heater Pilot Assembly, Replace 9007876 Thermopile

Worked great! Direct fit. Just make sure you match the colors to the gas valve. There's white and red wire. Don't do like I did and swap it. The light would never blink until I realized I had the white and red wires swapped. Felt even dumber seeing the gas valve is labeled. I finally had to lay down in the attic floor with a flash light to read the labels on the valve. Ours is not in the best of locations. Also make sure on the entry point going through metal fitting. The orange piezo wire goes in the middle. There is a slight difference in diameter of the fitting that clamps the wires. One very large for the gas pilot. Then the orange peizo wire that'd the small one. The red and white is wrapped in a heat sleeve and it looks like and is a tad larger so it goes on the middle size slot.

This thermopile is exactly as the factory one that was installed in my customers whirlpool water heater. Easy to install and works as it should. My review is not about the product it self and most likely won't be posted by Amazon who straight up lied about delivery. When I purchased this it read overnight delivery between 4 and 8 am. After making several inquiries about where my item was the reps I spoke with were very rude and STRAIGHT OUT LIED. AMAZON DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR HOW THEY SPEAK TO YOU. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY! ITS ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL THE WAY I WAS SPOKEN TO

GS6-50-BRT 400 State (AO Smith) water heater - arrived the next day, worked perfectly.

Unfortunately the product did not fix the issue, the water heater had to be replaced This was no reflection on the part, just end of life of the water heater. We kept the part in case of future use.

This was the correct pilot assembly for my Sears Kenmore water heater. Fit perfectly and fired up first time.

The order arrived as promised. The instructions were good and I also always watch YouTube for more detailed instructions. Everything fit perfectly in my AO Smith water heater, and after dealing with a stripped screw, I put everything back together. I was so happy when the pilot light lit. At first, I was getting seven light flashes on the Honeywell controller, but a short time later, it went to one flash which indicates normal operation. I put the control on hot, and a short time later, and was taking a warm shower. Very happy with the product.

Perfect match to the 9yo original equipment. You need some mechanical experence and patience. Very prompt next day delivery.
