Slow and steady wins the race. And definitely staying consistent past the 2-3 months. For me, After two months I definitely notice less fallout and my hair looking thicker because there’s less fallout. I’m on my 10th bottle, and I honestly don’t know if this stuff really helps with hair growth. My Dr. said some of the b vitamins were at excessive levels and that the body cannot fully process them. I believe her because when I take a full dose, my urine is neon yellow. I’m told that indicates that my body couldn’t fully process all of the B vits, and a portion of these expensive pills quite literally went down toilet. She recommended I cut the dosage in half. I don’t know why I keep taking them, but they certainly can’t hurt. I definitely think they give me a little extra boost and help with my mental health.
