These sleep strips work great! I wear a cpap and was having to wear a chin strap that was both uncomfortable and didn't work, I'd wake up choking with a super dry mouth.Dr. Johnes sleep straps to the rescue! Now I sleep through the night, and I've been doing so much better with my cpap. They have a small hole in the middle if you have to breathe through your mouth. They stick on well, and I usually get 2 uses from one. They pull off fairly easily and mostly pain-free. I have allergies and the glue on these doesn't bother me at all.I highly recommend these strips! If you are on cpap using a chin strap definitely try these. If you are a mouth snorer try these! Great product!

I have had trouble breathing through my nose my whole life and have started to train myself to stop mouth breathing in order to eventually stop snoring. These strips have been super helpful in doing so and I have more than not been able to sleep with it still on by time I wake up. Would recommend for anyone with same issues.

Good product

First time trying this particular brand. I'm satisfied with these strips overall. The adhesive is not quite as strong as other brands I've tried, but I was able to take the strip off in the middle of the night and replace it without any issues. Good product for a good price. Recommend!

It only took me 2 nights to get used to and to be fully on board and thrilled with this product. I have slept much better and not woken up with a desert in my mouth!

This product helped almost immediately with my sleeping. I've slept better, and I wake up much more refreshed. One of the things I really like about it is the "hole" to breath out of my mouth is the perfect size. The second thing is that it sticks (but not too much) to my lips all night long. Great product. My husband has been using Somnifix for several years (along with CPAP). I asked him to try these at 1/2 the price and he says they are just as good. No issues with removal from lips, despite his short facial hair. He did struggle to peel them from backing but I showed him how to easily remove them: working from corner of "mouth," not center, bend the backing away and flick your fingernail across the seam from backing toward strip. Now he can remove them even with his cut-to-the-quick nails.
