Loved it
I loved this tablet for my 2 year old it has cocomelon on it so he was attached lol but it does break easily he had it for about a good month before he cracked it and the screen went out.

Issues with charging port
We have bought two of these for our daughter and they both stopped charging after about a month of use. The charging port on both became loose and between different charging cables it would not charge for more than a few minutes. No major drops or mishandling, yet its durability does not hold up. Better off finding something name brand secondhand in the used market because these do not last long.

My grandkids love these. Loaded programs and it has programs on it already. They are three and six years old and you enter their age and the game level is set for that level.

Good tablet
Good product for the price. The tablet does freeze sometimes and it can be a little hard to get it restarted. But overall it has great apps for toddlers and she is able to navigate it on her own.

When it works, it's great!
When it works, this tablet is great. But we've also had to exchange it for a new one twice now in the last 3 months. The first time we had it for about a month and a half and then the screen became unresponsive and so we sent it back and received a different one. Seemed good, last about a month and then it just refused to power on. So we returned it again. Fortunately the exchange process has been fast and easy, so hasn't really been a hassle, but its beginning to become annoying that we've only had it for 3 months and already had to exchange it twice. But when it works, it's a great tablet for children!

It gets kinda slow and overheats quickly. But my niece loves it. It stopped charging the same day I made this review. My niece loved it fr but this was disappointing. It worked fine just slow.
