Q: Description says 2 wiper refills but it also says for four 28 inches wipers. So is each piece 56 inches that can be cut into four 28 inche pieces?

Not sure why this might be confused with 56 in. long when it states 28 in., 4 pcs. Seems to assume 2 wipers per refill as is normal. The assembly requires meticulous work, suggest the asker get assistance at a parts store and/or buy preassembled, these are tricky to get right.

Almost, but not entirely. There are at least two or three slightly common profiles, but one is much more common. This gives you a very good chance that the refills will fit your wipers. The usual variable is the thickness of the small "T" shape on the profile that slides into the blades. Another variables is how the refill is held at the ends. Some are held by a simple spring steel retainer, while some, such as Mercedes are held by a pressed-in plastic piece that is more difficult to remove. Given the price and quality of the silicone refills, it is worth trying.

Q: Will these work for a 2020 honda cr-v?

Since you cut them to length they will pretty much fit any wiper
