Doesn't get much better than this
I absolutely love my Gram 14. It is lightweight, built well, has a bright and clear screen, a fast processor, a good keyboard, and excellent battery life. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who needs something light a portable while still delivering solid performance and a premium look.

Battery life not what it's claimed to be
I love the light weight, the speed and display is clear and crisp. My last laptop had a heavy screen and the "top" began to separate under the stress of opening and closing after a couple years. This one is so light I don't see that being a risk! But I find that after a full charge, the estimated battery life is only about 4-5 hours. The product description claims it is in the double digits: "up to 23.5 hrs non-stop power" and "up to 14 hrs video playback." If those results only occur under very specific conditions that minimize power use, then caveat emptor! Under normal usage, you'll get 4-5 hours. Misleading, at best.

Stopped working on the 2nd month. No response from LG. Do not buy!
After 1 and a half months of use with no mechanical or water damage whatsoever the display began having issues. Within a day the display gave up entirely. Both LG and Amazon have no support. LG has not replied to multiple emails for over a week. Amazon advises to contact LG.I decided to as a result purchase a Lenovo X1, a laptop with a reputation for some actual reliability.LG made the laptop thinner then it can handle and sacrificed reliability. It was a $1.5k lesson. Please don’t make the same mistake!

Great ultrabook
I am very picky but this is a great machine. Battery, processor, screen, all great. The only thing is that they have the power on/off button up and right where usually the "delete" button is.

Super light Mac beater
Very versatile and super light and with great features. Good work laptop. The screen image quality is inferior to a MacBook. But battery and features are superior to a Mac

Awesome laptop
I take it with me everywhere especially being how light it is. But it is also very fast. Gets hot at times but I don't mind as it only happens when you try to play games with it, which isn't how you should be using it. Great for school or work purposes.

Non-standard keyboard is a drag if you write a lot, speakers horrible for video meetings
I bought this to have a lightweight computer that I could use everyday for email and document prep. Unfortunately, I didn't pay close enough attention to the pictures of the keyboard - if I had I would not have bought it, and now I'm stuck because I can not afford to change. In short, the power button is where the delete key is on most keyboards, and IN A SHOCKINGLY STUPID DESIGN CHOICE, there are not separate keys for home, end, page down or page up. Instead, you must use the fn + arrow keys. Both these are productivity killers and mistake inducers. I am sad that an otherwise excellent laptop has these basic design errors - yes they are errors.also, after 3 months of use, the low quality of the speakers is a real drag.
