These are very good, and my second favorite brand of cashews on Amazon. They rate 4 stars on quality, size, and I would buy them again if my favorite by Farm Fresh Nuts were not available. The expiration date is half of what my favorite brand's best by date, and they weren't as crunchy as Farm Fresh Nuts, but still a good product and as described. I need cashews for all of the healthy minerals in them. Delicious as a snack, or added to recipes, cashews are my favorite nut. I've been ordering these dry roasted unsalted cashews for many months and have always been thrilled with this product...until lately. The last four 2-lb bags I received contained salt. After getting salted nuts in two bags ordered a few weeks ago, I reported this to the seller, who couldn't understand how that happened and refunded the cost of one of the bags. So I ordered two more bags, and both contained salted nuts. Except for that, I love these nuts! I like that they are roasted without oil, the nuts are a good size, and mine have always tasted "fresh." I just don't want the salt and think if this is the way they now come, the packaging needs to say "may contain salt." Or don't call them "unsalted." 07/05/2019 UPDATE: Since I wrote this review, I've tried other brands to try to find an oven-baked (with no oils) unsalted cashew, and couldn't find anything I liked. So I decided to give this seller another try. WOW! It was exactly as it used to be. NO SALT! The method of roasting gives these nuts a distinctive texture you can't get when you use oil. The nuts taste fresh and flavorful, and they don't turn to mush in your mouth (as oil-roasted cashews do). The bags I got with salt must have been from one bad batch. I'm so glad I gave them another shot. They truly are the best out there.

I usually don't leave a review for a product that is not 100% satisfied, nor extremely disappointed. But since the seller shoot me a a couple of emails to request for a review, I think they are pretty sincere on seeking ways for improvement on their product, I will leave an honest review here then. First of all, these cashew nuts smell very good. The aroma is the most pleasant part. However, these nuts are slightly over roasted. From the very bag that I purchased, there's about 1/4 of it, if not more are actually not consumable because they are burned. And ocassionally I can taste some of them are plainly bad ones, meaning these nuts already turned bad before they even roasted it. But due to their dark color, I can't really tell, and it's too late once I thow them into my mouth. I finished the entire bag (2 lb) by myself within just a few days because I love those ones that are NOT over roasted, they taste really really good. In addition, I need to throw away about a bit more than 1/4 of the nut due to its quality. I will not buy it again in a short time, and hoping they will get some improvement on these issues so that I can give them 5 star in the future when I try it again. God bless your business!
