Prompt arrival
Very happy with the price and that it came with a pump. The last one I got I think was Madagascar vanilla from monin and it came in a glass Bottle with no pump. This bottle is plastic but came with a pump and a bit cheaper. Also came very fast so I’m really happy!! Will order again when ready. Oh the vanilla taste is good too. Stronger than starbucks flavor. But if you add too much then it does taste a bit strange. I find that two pumps for every four ounces of milk and shot of espresso is perfect for my lattes.

Simply the best
The Monin brand is new for me, wanted to try something good and new after being a Torani fan for about 2 years, The Vanilla syrup is smooth and true to flavor in my coffee. No after taste, nice company I ordered the Vanilla 33.8 oz came with a free pump, and a nice surprise of Coffee Mate french Vanilla my favorite. will be ordering the French Vanilla syrup with this company in the future.

Good syrup, incorrect pump
Great syrup, as always, but they sent a pump that doesn’t fit. That’s rather annoying. No response from the company when I reached out, either. Going with a different supplier next time.

Missing pump&broken seal
Bottle arrived messy and full of sticky syrup with seal broken and the pump that was supposed to be included was also missing.

Excellent in Matcha
This is what most of my local coffee places use, so I decided to buy this for at home matcha. It's great and the pump makes it convenient. My only complaint is that it leaked a bit in transit.

The pump did not come with the syrup, twice. Not sure what to think. It clearly states the bpa free pump was included.
