Not exactly what I expected. Texture was more like saw dust. Package photo shows a bit larger "shred" than actual product. STILL, it was good mixed in my yogurt but next time I might go for a different type. The packing is wonderful. Opens and closes easily and keeps product fresh. Would buy this brand again for sure.

I love this shredded coconut for making a healhy cereal option in the morning or healthy granola or even a homemade version of a Mounds bar. Taste is great, stays fresh. Have purchased many times and never had any issue with the quality.

I don’t want a lot of sugar in my diet, so this is exactly what I wanted. I love the way it’s shredded in small pieces. I use it when I create cacao fat bombs for my keto diet. I’m almost through with the first bag and will be ordering more soon.
