Great quality gelcoat!
Great stuff, worked great. Instructions were provided for catalyst. Highly recommend.

Professional results
I figured the results from this gelcoat would be satisfactory and just get the job done so I could get back on the water. But to my surprise the results were amazing. I watched some YouTube videos prior. I didn't skip any steps either. I used exact measurements with the provided measuring cup. After mixing and spreading the gelcoat I let it dry overnight. Next day I started with 60 grit, then to 400, 600, 1000, 2000, 3000. Then used several coats of marine wax with an orbital buffer. Buffed out to a shine. The result were professional. Total time for this repair was around 2 hours total labor time.

Great product, slightly brown when put directly on old black gel but still black. If that makes sense.

Its not black
The gelcoat works but its not black in light it is more of a dark brown. I used it touch up a spot on the bottom of my hull and it looks good enough for what I used it for but would definitely not use it on the top cap or an area that will see a lot of light.

Not a good product
Don’t buy, product performs poorly and the black color isn’t covering. (Even though it was thoroughly sled and mixed before use) This product has wax on it so not good for layering.

Good for Touchup and stayed on
Got it for touching up the bottom of my jetski and it worked great. Just what I expected. It can be a little messy to use, but it stayed on great.

Tough!
This stuff is great! But, you have to work really fast or else it will set quickly if you mix it according to the instructions. Don't use the recommended amount of hardener if you are working in a bad position.

Excellent Gelcoat with wax - superior results!!!
Excellent Gelcoat for making new things!!! I use wooden moulds, painted and then waxed with Pure Carnauba Wax, then a nice silicon release. Applying the Gelcoat, and shortly afterwards fibreglass, resin, etc - Wait and then new part easily pops right out - beautifully smooth - Have not had a part pop out this good for a long time! Will be buying more shortly! Highly recommended for fibreglass work - if you want superior quality!!
