It does not say so on the package. I have called the number on the package to ask for you but no response yet.

Q: How thick is each sheet?

Same thickness as normal poly felt

Q: Is it Heat resistant ? I want to make potholders .

Wool felt is great for making potholders, and this charm pack is precut to an excellent size for them, too. Just make sure you use enough layers to truly protect from the heat. Have fun!
