I’ve stressed about finding a replacement canopy for my Coleman 13x13 shelter for the last three years. I live in Central California where the temp gets well into the triple digits for months on end and thins out the canopy’s that come with the shelter purchased at Costco. I’ve purchased 5 shelters in the last three years because they are always on sale at Costco every spring. The Coleman shelter has an amazing metal Fram structure that can’t be beat however, the canopy wears out in less than six months and is terrible. I’ve kept my frames just in case I found suitable and reasonably priced replacement canopy’s.I finally found them. These Garden Wind replacement canopy’s get 5 stars right out of the box. It feels double the thickness and has a mesh intertwined to prevent tearing and is double stitched everywhere. We’ve been having crazy weather the last two months in California and the day I put one over my Coleman frame, the wind kicked up to 50 MpH. It was so bad I didn’t have time to take it off so I just watched it and wow! Good thing I had it anchored very well, the canopy didn’t have any tears or any sign of tearing. It’s now been pouring rain for weeks on end and water hasn't come through. Sorry for the long review,, but have to give props to this company..

Just received and installed the canopy replacement. It was easy to install. It fit perfectly and certainly felt heavier than the original canopy it replaced. I like the “rip stop” fabric based on seeing how the original fabric ripped due to weathering. Time will tell but it looks like it will last longer than the original canopy.

Our old canopy cover for the Coleman 13'x13' canopy ripped and died. Instead of just throwing the frame away, we purchased this cover. It's a lot heavier woven material than the original; great for blocking the sun. It doesn't seem like it is water resistant/waterproof, but as others have said, it probably wouldn't be too hard to apply some sort of coating if water resistance is needed. Still, it saves $60 or better than having to buy a complete new canopy system!

This canopy feels much thicker and better put togther than the original which ripped after a couple of years. The fit is perfect, and it has attachment points and velcro loops in all the same places as the OEM cover. My main complaint is that when raising the canopy, I can see sunlight through the seam stitching. While there does seem to be some sort of waterproof coating on the underside, water will surely leach through the stitching and start dripping. I wish they had taped the seams. My other complaint is the price. It's a bit cheaper and better quality than a coleman replacement, but still very expensive for what it is. At least I can keep the frame out of the landfill as it is still in like new condition.

Size was a very good fit, as good as the original canopy, with much higher build and material quality. It did well in the light wind we had that sunny day. Shade was great, a real life saver. Can't speak to the water resistance as it didn't rain. Heavier than the original one, but it is made from higher denier fabric so I'd expect so.

This thing is one of the most durable replacement tops a available.I live in the Ca. desert and had my coleman 13x13 canopy up since my kid turned 1 when I used it for a party and now 2 yrs later the frame broke in the recent winds that we had but the canopy held up. Note that the canopy was left up and intact with top throughout the 2 yrs in all seasons. Have one more canopy frame and top that I plan to take better care of and probably last way longer than the current one that broke. Thanks for making a great product.

Lasted the previous season deployed all summer. We'll see how it does this year in the yard.

Replacement awning - not tight. Collects water. Looking for one that is more tight and water falls off.

The quality of this canopy seems better than the Coleman original which shredded when we took it off after the third summer, it had already showed signs of deterioration by the second summer. This one is made of a heavier material with superior construction while still being easy to install.

It's not water resistant at all. I'm so disappointed.
