I was skeptical at first, but these have become a staple in my nighttime routine. They are very easy to apply, the pads or not adhesive so you will need to wear socks so they stay put all night without making a mess. Just a heads up: the pads definitely turn dark by morning, which is normal for these! I’ve noticed I’m sleeping a bit more soundly since I started using them. The pads turn black by the morning but that is not due to extracting stuff out of your body but due to the moisture from your feet making the pad see through.
