Not if it is more than a diaper can hold

I don’t see why not. They have an adhesive strip on bottom that should hold onto cloth as well as they do to a pamper

Where are these made? You say they are hypoallergenic…have they been tested?

Says USA but not sure what state. When I order it's usually 2 day shipping to me in TX. They are good though and non irritating to my little guy.

Doesn’t say what it’s made from. Doesn’t smell to me. It’s like a giant pad to attach to inside of diaper. Has worked wonders for our son who used to pee through everything. Lots of laundry in the morning. No more when using these.
