Whilst the packaging is a little outdated they work a treat. Easy to use & the cold lasts a long time. Absolutely perfect for tired feet.

Bought these for my husband who suffers from incredibly hot and uncomfortable feet as a result of diabetes. He has tried every cream and medication available (he also manages his diabetes well) and nothing helps. Since getting these he can finally get a full night’s sleep. It’s become part of his routine now to pop the sachets in the freezer a couple of hours before bed and then wear these for about 20 minutes. Highly recommended. Note: keeping the sachets in the freezer for only and exactly two hours is a bit of a faff, so for anyone wondering: he has tried keeping the sachets in the fridge all day, but they’re not cold enough when he needs them. Keeping them in the freezer makes them too cold and too hard, so they’re not comfortable to use when you need them. Two hours in the freezer is the sweet spot, at least for him!

Provide comfort when in pain

Bought for my partner who suffers with really hot feet. We had to put packs in freezer for a few hours before use as fridge didn’t cool them enough. Fairly easy to put on but coolness doesn’t last long. Sock part well made , would recommend as it does help a bit

Keeps feet cool

The socks are very comfortable to wear and the gel packs fit in the socks just right. I've only tried the gel packs cold and they really cool your feet down if they've been in the freezer. I like how the gel packs can fit at the front over the toes, the achilles and the sole of the foot.

I have very very cold feet and it's been making a pain condition work. Normal fuzzy socks don't work because there's no warmth to be kept in. These gel pads don't get very hot very quickly, but they do really retain their heat. Have been waking up without painful achy feet since trying. Really recommend if you're looking for a hot pad too.

Ordered these to use for nerve pain in feet but didnt work for me. Ice pack cools down too quick and to put them on with ice packs in is difficult. Even with putting in the ice pack in after wards isn't easy. Too much faffing about

Après avoir repris un boulot très physique (des semaine de plus de 60h et beaucoup de marche) chaque pas était terriblement douloureux, j’étais prête à tout essayer et franchement je suis choquée de l’efficacité de ces chaussettes refroidissantes! Au début la sensation est assez désagréable (pendant les 5 première minutes la douleur semble encore plus forte) mais ensuite elles apaise beaucoup! J’ai commencé à les mettre tous les soirs, Je me réveillais enfin sans douleurs infernales le matin et plus l’impression de ne plus pouvoir bouger! C’est un de mes meilleurs achats de l’année, aucun regret, sans compter la douceur incroyable des chaussettes! Rien à dire, j’espère qu’elles tiendront longtemps et je n’hésiterai pas à en racheter!
