A buddy of mine introduced me to these types of towels while we were boating on the lake, I was like, how well do those work? He was like, try this spare one of the day. Wow! Way better than i expected. I had always seen these and touched them at the stores and wondered how well they actually worked. They work great. Also, the older they seem to get, the more used they get, they seem to work better. This one here is a great size for my 6'3" size. I did order some other brands and sizes the same day as I order this one, all of them are great. Now the ladies of the house do not appreciate them as much as the men. Something about "there isn't enough to keep you warm, yada yada yada ..." and my response has been... "good luck carrying around that large, wet, terry cotton cloth towels with you for the rest of the day..." while mine is drying in the sun in less than 10 minutes. By the end of the day, the ladies do end up using these because they are the only dry towels left in the boat. So don't expect your whole family and friends to be into these right away, it will take them time to learn the new ways. LOL! I think they are the best thing since sliced bread. No complaints. ... and yes .... the old cotton towels are still around, collecting dust and being used for other purposes.

I bought this for a trip to México and let me tell you it was the single best buy I made. I used it at the beach, no sand stuck to it. I used it as a blanket on the planes. I used it to help block the sun because I forgot my umbrella. I used this thing to keep me dry in a sudden downpour of ridiculous rain. I use it to clean my glasses of smudges. I mean it is so compact, lightweight, and versatile. I am buying others in more sizes and colors.

We have taken microfiber towels on trips for many years. They dray out fast so they can be used again the same day. You also do not have a wet cotton towels hanging all over the place. This bigger version works as a beach towel or extra bed covering. They will come in handy in Europe where they give you foot thick duvets and no top sheet..

I love that this dries way better than I expected. I bought a larger towel because I figured I'd need more to get the same drying as a regular towel. Turns out that was dead wrong. And it dries out quickly when I hang it up, stopping me from worrying about mildew.I also like the hanging tag in the center. Very handy at the gym.

Bought this for my dad, who’s a trucker. He loves it, is very absorbent, dries quickly and fits back into its carrying bag without any issues. He’s very happy eith it.

The small size is perfect for the gym as a sweat wipe. The microfiber dries quickly, so the towel does not get wet and soggy by the end of the work out.

I haven’t used this towel yet, but after reading the reviews I’m concerned that it will bleed purple all over my other laundry forever. I send my laundry out, so washing it separately is not at all convenient.

Great towel, dries quick.

This towel arrived swiftly, packaged well and in what appears to be excellent condition. So far so good.My intention for this towel was as one to take around with me at the gym, though I have also used it camping/hiking and as a shower towel when the need has arisen. For each of these tasks it has excelled. As a sweat mop it’s great and effective. I think you’d need to be seeing a doctor if you manage to sweat through one of these microfibres anyway but it’s good to see it fulfil promises on this. As a hiking towel and one for use in the shower this is similarly excellent. It’s great at wicking water away and I’m consistently amazed by how much it can given it’s size. It doesn’t have the feel of a fluffy towel (obviously) but it definitely gets the job done and is efficient. I have really sensitive skin and have found these towels fantastic in that regard and I’m pleased because other brands have certainly aggravated that.It’s easy to fold and can be very compact when need be, assisted by the bag it came with. It’s super lightweight and I barely even notice it in my gym/hiking/travel bag. When travelling/hiking it really excels given how quickly it can dry. This makes it really great for travelling with and you don’t end up carrying round a sodden towel and all the extra weight that entails. The loop that’s built in/attached is a real boon too, meaning you don’t need to risk damaging it by forcing it to drape over a hook or to carry a line. I’m also pleased that it seems to be rather resistant to odour and smells and mildew which is fantastic especially when travelling.When it comes to washing these towels, it is best to follow the suppliers advice and was separately for a few times first. I simply can’t believe just how good and practical these towels are. I cycle 15 miles to work three times a week so the less I have to carry the better. When I bought these I was simply trying to cut down on the amount of gear I have to carry, I certainly wasn’t expecting to revolutionize my shower routine at work. These towels are in a word superb. I bought two (140 x 70 cm) but probably only needed one. They dry my body in a couple of passes and hair in a similar time. What’s really good is that they don’t really get wet which (or perhaps I should say “witch”) is a bit magical and slightly spooky. Sure we all like big fluffy towels after a shower but these are just so effective and practical when it comes to drying. In fact I’m so impressed might even buy some for home!!

We ordered the pink towel a few months ago and my daughter loves it. That particular towel was washed over and over and the colours never ran.We wanted to get a second one, as she basically won’t use any other towel, and she chose a red one. It arrived and we were very happy, until it came to washing it.We put it in a 30 load with some delicate coloured items. The red ran so much that it ruined a number of other clothes - despite bleaching and soaking them, the pink/red staining remains. We even had a ‘colour catcher’ in the machine.We did a second wash, thinking “it can’t run again” - but it did. This time we put it in with mostly darker items, but it stained all of the labels inside and the seams etc.The third time, I decided to hand-wash. I took photos so that you could see the results. Bearing in mind this was a luke-warm hand wash with ‘delicate’ detergent designed for wool and silk, I was shocked to see how much the colour still ran. I had to bleach the sink afterwards as the colour stained the basin.At this point, we decided to throw this particular towel away. It’s just not worth the risk and I don’t have time to hand wash it every time. Such a shame as the first one had no such issues.

As someone who visits they gym up to 5 times a week I go through many towels, and when replacing a worn gym bag these towels also popped up and I remember seeing a similar beach towel on dragons den as a space saving lightweight towel that folds up very compact which these also do. Just as you own different types of shoes for different occasions this towel is certaibly a bit different to your plush towels at home. I've seen them described Like a leather shamois that you dry your car with and that's quite accurate. Biggest advantage for me is the size, whereas my regular towel would take up half my gym bag, this folds up to the size of a water bottle. They Are very thin material but that makes them extremely quick drying you could wring this out from soaking at watch most of the water drip right off. When it comes to drying, they do the job perfectly well. Imagine the feeling of after taking a bath in a luxury hotel, wrapping yourself in plush thick bath towels, this is the opposite. takes a little bit of getting used to not having a thick towel soaking up the water but they are extremely capable of drying after a shower and I would not go back to taking a bulky traditional towel to the gym again. I was quite confident they would be ideal after looking at the reviews so ordered 2 of the 160x80cm which are a nice big size for showers and also a small 100x50cm which is a great size for wiping down gym equipment during your workout, the label hook make them handy to hang anywhere and dry and they mesh carry sack are ideal for making them nice and compact, these would also be ideal for when travelling saving on space.

The media could not be loaded.  This towel is not colourfast. It has cost me several good towels. I've washed it three times now, and every single time it has stained the other clothes I wash it with. I tried vinegar, I tried soda ash, nothing works to make it colourfast. This towel leaks colour no matter the water temperature: I've tried frigid, lukewarm, and boiling water, all with the same results. It has now ruined over a dozen hand towels as well as a larger beach towel and a pair of athletic pants.Don't buy this towel. It will ruin anything it touches.
