does the costume come with white shirt, suspenders and hat?

On the Bavarian Bearded man, yes it does, but not the guy on top.

So this comes with only the bottom part amd no hat, shirt or suspenders??

I'm not sure. I bought the Santa one which was only the pants. I had to safety pin the head to my Christmas sweater to keep it upright.

Does it come with the hat in the picture?

Yes it comes with the green hat

Interested in the Oktoberfest, is the lederhosen and hat included for me to wear?

Hello, no this listing is for the Lederhosen Piggyback only (character trousers with mock jeans), not the shirt and hat the model is wearing.
