What material is the suit made from?

vinyl i think, but its a good material

What size should I get if I’m a 40 waist?

Don’t go by that. I went by chest size and height. And comfortable.

I’m 5’7” and 185 lbs what size should I get?

I’m 5’10” and 185. I bought the XL, but it was a bit baggy. I returned it and got the L instead, and it fits perfectly. I bought an additional one as well.

Can you lift weights in it?

It is very durable and I lifted weights in it all the time after cardio sessions.
