I like these bread less crumbs. They are very fine, making breading easy. The crumbs stick to protein.

Organic bread crumbs are becoming difficult to find. Many of our recipes include bread crumbs, and we wanted a healthier alternative. These are finely ground, used it in meatball recipe. Did not effect the flavor of the spices added. Created a smoother texture than regular bread crumbs, no aftertaste. Browned up nicely when meatballs were pan fried.

These tasted good, even though they are super salty. Just don't use any additional salt in your recipe. I hoped they would make the recipe crispy but they didn't. Good for salads and to add a little texture, just don't expect crisp like with traditional ingredients.

I am stepping away from lots of wheat flour products to see if that helps reduce my eczema flares. I really like chickpeas and am finding they are used in more alternative products. These make a great meatball and are good for coating chicken breasts. I have already bought a second round. Looks like this is a new staple for me. They are not as light and fluffy as panko, so I use them to replace normal breadcrumbs.

Was supposed to go breadcrumbs. It was flour consity. Taste was awful.

I am really pleased with these chickpea breadcrumbs. I have used them in meatloaf, meatballs, chicken cutlets and a successful pork shake-n-bake with them. They do the trick beautifully if you cannot have grains. They even crisp in the airfryer!

I used to buy the cauliflower breadcrumbs. Because they were a good size bag tasted really good and I could coat zucchini with them and air fry them. Being allergic to wheat, I thought that this would be a good alternative. When the cauliflour seems to always be out of stock. I can guarantee I will not purchase this again. It is an extremely small bag, and it's only like a quarter of the way full. The value of this bag is probably. I think I would expect to find at the Dollar Tree, not for $10. Especially not for a $10 bag. It's not even worth it. It's bland it doesn't have any flavor. The texture is not that great, like the cauliflower is. This is definitely a mistake purchase that I wish I could have had refunded. It's still sitting in my cabinet months later.Because it's just not up to par to be used, and the price is way out of range for what you receive. This is less than a small grab bag of chips. Definitely not worth the price.
