The flavor is worth it, but bad customer service.
If you're someone who like unusual flavors in tea. Fresh and bursting with natural flavors are the leaves. It has a powerful scent. It is advised to use it as a blend with your other favorite tea because it is an acquired taste. It's said that Rooibos teas have several natural benefits. But be careful, the customer service from the vendor is terrible. We have sent them multiple requests for the invoice and they have not once responded. If you do not need the invoice copy then it is absolutely fine.

THIS is the ONLY BRAND to buy Ex Pats !!
Funnily enough via Amazon search an expensive box was offered. I did a Google search and this seller linked to Amazon.ca with a GREAT price and of course Freshpak is the ONLY Rooibos tea to use as the bag in double-dunk intense in flavor ... it really is ... ROOIBOS tea lol. As a drinker of rooibos for over 50yrs, I can safely guarantee, seller here has "got the goods" on fresh red tea that lovers of, will enjoy and the quality that ExPats deeply appreciate!! Tasty and Decaffeinated
This tea is great hot or cold. I have been drinking decaffeinated beverages for years, but decaffinated black tea always seemed weak. This is my new tea, full bodied and decaffeinated! Been enjoying it iced this summer!

Well-rounded & cost effective
Used to drink a local brand's Rooibos but glad to have found this option - it is 1/3 the price while tasting near identical, warm gentle body and never leaving any bitter aftertaste. Very cost effective to drink daily!
