These mugs take sublimation well and are very sturdy. I have used a couple boxes of them already and any problems I encountered was user error - not having to do with the way these mugs are made. The sublimation coating is even and the mugs turned out beautifully.

The quality of the cups is very good and they look exactly as expected. Unfortunately, 4 of the cups arrived broken due to inadequate packaging or handling during shipping. It’s disappointing because the product itself seems well made. If the packaging were improved, this would easily be a 5-star purchase.
