I started taking Evening Primrose Oil during menopause, hoping it might help support my overall wellbeing, and I’ve honestly been really impressed with the difference it’s made for me personally. I gradually increased the dose over time until I found what worked best for me, and once I got up to 6 capsules a day, I noticed a significant improvement, particularly with hot flushes, which became far less intense and much more manageable. What I like is that it felt like a gentle, natural addition to my daily routine, and after taking it consistently, I definitely felt more comfortable day to day. As far as I know it contains only natural ingredients. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but for me, this has been one of those supplements that I genuinely noticed the benefits from and have continued to repurchase. A supplement that has worked really well for me personally, and one I’m very glad I discovered during this stage of life.

As with other brands I believed these to be natural containing only evening primrose oil and vitamin E but they contain sunflower oil in the ingredients list. I won’t be taking them and Amazon doesn’t allow a return of this product despite being unopened. Seed oils are bad for you.
