Is it true that it clears your skin if you have acne ?

As the coffee contain coconut powder it is also contain MCT oil and this might help but I can imagine that you will need to drink high volume of coffee and I'm not sure that this is good. I have another brand of coconut coffee that needs to be brewed, but I wanted to try something instant. This has sweetened and coconut & mocha flavors. It’s has kind of a thickened base, like very rich hot cocoa, but it’s really good. I will certainly buy more in the future.
