These are some smart magnets and pretty useful.
The magnetic strength surprisingly is very good for that small-sized item. The sticking tape quality is also very good. I tried on metal surfaces (like as a door latch type purpose). And they do good job. Also, the magnet attracts only on side of the catch and the other side surface does not show that behavior. The overall quality is no doubt very good. The problem is with the Screws (which are probably locally sourced). The Countersunk Screws don't fit properly into the Countersink. They aren't flush with the magnetic strip - they protrude slightly and hence this affects the adhesion. Seller needs to take care of this issue. Also unable to understand the reason for the Red Adhesive Tape.

Catch Has Good Hold
Well made compact flat type magnetic catch with good hold. I would have liked to get better quality self sticking tape with easy peel film than a flimsy film which cannot be easily pulled off.

The magnet is good but the screws are so weak that they break when you try to screw them. Almost all of them broke.

Easy to install!
