1. Packaging was in very bad condition after service.2. Couple of screws were missing from the machine.3. Machine was sent in a very unclean manner, grease and oil was not cleaned after the service.4. Machine blades are not sharp enough for cutting, got dulled after 6 cuts.5. As soon as it comes in contact with the tree, the machine runs heavy and it feels like it has lost power.6. Overall the experience of the service was not satisfactory, prolonged settlement, unsatisfactory product quality.

The part was recent by the suppliers and m satisfied.Support was really 👍

I received the item today. When opened, the guide bar is missing, only the plastic cover was packed inside the box.

I used and it's chain is ghatia one 😞 after a little use I forchd to change so the faith on jk diclined.
