Great tea
Huge fan of this tea! Love the taste and this is a great deal. I’ll be buying this bundle as long as it stays on sale! Super easy to use and from what I’ve researched they don’t use plastic in the tea bags! If that’s true than this is the best tea ever! Also love that it’s organic. Best smell and taste.

DISCOVER WHY TAZO'S LINE OF TEAS ARE THE BEST
I first became aware of Tazo Organic Teas when I purchased a cup of Chi Iced Tea from Starbucks in 2008. After learning what brand of tea they used to make the best iced Chi Tea that I had ever tasted I discovered the Tazo Company and their great variety of various teas. After doing research on the Tazo Company I discovered their secret to consistently producing the best tasting teas year after year. Did you know that almost all tea companies purchase their teas from tea farms that are not owned or quality controlled by them? Therefore, the quality of their teas can vary from year to year depending on the amount of rainfall in the country from where they purchased their tea. The Tazo Tea Company is different. They grow their own tea using a quality controlled process called Regenerative Farming. Through this process they can control the right amount of nutrients in the soil, the right temperature of air with controlled lighting and the exact amount of hydration that will produce high quality tea plants consistently year after year. Tazo Organic Chi Tea is my favorite Chi Tea. And, most of the time I like to drink it hot with a splash of milk to top it off. Did you know that HOW you brew your tea is just as important as the quality of the brand of tea that you choose? I learned how to properly brew black teas from the British. I will now share with you what I learned from them: 1. Start with a good quality tea. Choose organic teas whenever possible. Tea and coffee plants are among the most heavily sprayed crops. And, brewing such teas releases the poisons directly into your cup of tea - not good. 2. Choose a cup made of glass or ceramic. Metal cups and styrofoam cups can negatively effect the taste of tea or coffee. 3. Choose a cup that does not have stains or scratches. Bacteria can breed in dirty or damaged cups. This is not only unhealthy but can negatively affect the taste of tea. 4. Black teas should be brewed in boiling water in order to bring out the full flavor of the tea. 5. Never use tap water or distilled water. Chlorine from tap water will give tea a bad taste and distilled water lacks oxygen and will cause the tea to taste flat. 6. Never use reboiled water. Reboiling removes too much oxygen from the water; only boil enough water for one serving per cup. 7. Let the tea steep in the cup for a full 5 minutes. This will give the tea a rich, full bodied flavor and will release all of the nutrients of the black tea. How strong or weak you make your tea should not be determined by how long you steep your tea; instead, this should be controlled by how much water you pour into your cup. 8. Never brew your cup of tea for more than five minutes. Over brewing will cause your tea to become bitter. 9. Dipping the tea bag several times before removing the tea bag helps release the full flavor of the tea. However, squeezing the tea bag releases additional tannins into the tea causing the tea to taste bitter. So, enjoy your cup of Tazo Organic Chi Tea brewed and served in the style of the British.

My Sister Loves Them
This is literally the only brand of chai my sister will accept. If you’re a fan of chai, I’d have to at least recommend trying it!

Tea over Coffee!
I LOVE this tea! Gave up my coffee addition to a milder form of morning drink. Coffee was too hard on my ‘gut’! Just add honey and it’s wonderful

Has better taste than Rishi!!
I have been drinking Rishi chai tea for a long time but decided to try the Tazo. I do like loose tea and these are tea bags but gave it a try. Wow...this is delicious! The flavor seems more rich and complex than the Rishi tea. I make a large tea pot full every morning, put in eight bags and brew for five minutes. Then I add creamer and sweetener to my cup and drink about three large mugs of this daily. It is just SO delicious! Thinking about this tea in the morning when I wake up encourages me to get out of bed and make some! I've been hooked to this all winter right now and order at least six cases of this at a time. Next time maybe I should order ten cases! Yes, it is that good!! So glad I found Tazo chai and like Rishi, it is organic, which makes me very happy. I do not want to drink tea that has pesticides on it. THANK YOU Tazo for making such a wonderful chai and please do not change your recipe!

Smooth and Tasty Flavour - Moved Away from Microplastics
Noticed some reviewers saying it has microplastics. Having conducted some research, please note the following and make the choice for yourself. The flavour is smooth and nice though could be a tad bolder. From researching: Tazo has phased out its "silken" pyramid tea bags across its product lines, including its popular Organic Chai Black Tea. The brand now utilizes traditional, flat rectangular filter bags. Why Did Tazo Make the Switch? While many major tea companies make manufacturing changes without issuing public, individual item press releases, the shift away from pyramid bags stems from a few industry-wide drivers: • Microplastic Concerns: Landmark research (such as the prominent McGill University study) revealed that "silken" mesh pyramid tea bags—which are typically made from plastics like nylon or PET—release billions of microplastics and nanoplastics into hot water during brewing. This triggered widespread consumer backlash and prompted several brands to re-evaluate their packaging. • Sustainability and Regenerative Branding: Tazo has shifted its focus heavily toward sustainability and climate action, officially transitioning its portfolio toward a regenerative organic approach. Removing plastic-heavy mesh or nylon synthetic materials from their filter bags aligns with these eco-friendly, compost-conscious goals. • Production Costs: Consumers on forums like Reddit have noted that manufacturing traditional flat paper tea bags is significantly cheaper and more streamlined than producing 3D pyramid meshes, which allows brands to maintain accessible pricing tiers. The Impact on Flavor Pyramid bags are generally favored by tea enthusiasts because the 3D shape allows larger leaf pieces, whole spices, and botanicals enough room to expand and fully infuse. Because flat paper bags offer less physical space, they require smaller tea leaf grades (known as fannings) to brew efficiently. While some long-time drinkers report a difference in strength or flavor clarity, Tazo continues to use heavily spice-forward blends of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and black pepper to preserve the signature robust taste of their chai. Are you noticing a difference in the flavor or brewing strength of your chai? If you are looking for that premium infusion style, I can recommend alternative brands that still use eco-friendly, plastic-free pyramid sachets, or guide you on how to brew loose-leaf masala chai for a richer cup.
