I recently picked up this Boldfit Hot/Cold Pack, and it has quickly become a staple in my home first-aid kit. It's very useful works well But don't put into freezer compartment

Product is very useful, quality is awesome. While we havent tried for hot use, cold pack works really well. Very soft on the skin and very soothing.

It freezes solid, you might as well use a cold bag from your meat delivery. Painful on the skin.
