I bought these to top up my personal apothecary and kitchen. These are great quality for both culinary and herbal medicinal uses.

Trying to use this to help my figure. Didn't trust the pills, soni thought I'd go straight to the source. It has a very STRONG Earthy taste, very bitter, but I'm still going to use it.

So,I finally got around to using this and made some tea with it to help with sleep. I think I use too many strips. I use three or four strips in mine, but it was so bitte it was hard to swallow. But that's great the bitter it is the better the quality. The next time I made it I use a bigger container and cooked it. It wasn't as bitter and it also again helped me have great sleep.

I use these to make dual extract tinctures, and the end product is excellent! Pleased with the value of this purchase!! High quality reishi that makes a powerful medicine.

I gave this 4 stars because it seems to be a good product, but i found bits of plastic inside with the reishi. luckily, i sifted through the bag before making tea - which i only did because i ordered a full pound of the stuff; enough for several months worth - but the fear of overlooking some and it getting into my tea was worrisome. just a warning. plastic looked like bits of a plastic wrap
