Nice Polo but a bit too big
I like this polo a lot but itโs a bit too big. Itโs definitely stretchy material and I like that but itโs too big for my build. I am 6 Ft. 155 pounds athletic build and I ordered a medium. Returned it and ordered a small. If you donโt want a tighter fit then I would say medium is fine. Just depends on your preference. I will also note that I did not see any loose threads and the quality seems to be good. Because of the material I do not expect that it will shrink in the wash.

"Flimsy & Cheaply Made"
I like the decoration of this shirt as far as how the large light Blue compliments the smaller Navy Blue. In which this shirt looks good until you put it on. And my complaint has nothing to do with the shirt being too small, or too big. But it's about how this shirt actually sits on the torso. I mean this shirt has no structure to it. So it lays on you almost like you're wearing a sheet. And I have an athletic built, but this shirt makes me look weak & flimsy. So I don't recommend this shirt to any man who likes for his shirts to show his physique.
