Very easy to hang. Holds nautilus-based hooks and pulls very easily. Very well made and no plastic. Looks solid and adds to our gym nicely.

Weights do not fit the slots, too small
The picture is misleading. The picture shows a pair of weights but of all the weights I have only the 2 pd weights fit between the slots. My weights are the neoprene weights and they DO NOT fit in the slots. Didnt realize this until I got it mounted on the wall otherwise I would have sent it back. UPDATE: The seller reached out to me after reading my review and offered a full refund without having to return the product. Was very pleased with the customer service.
