I am a 63 year old female with thinning hair caused by age, genes, and thyroid issues. This product stretches my budget but I was desperate and decided to give it a try. This product is great for postpartum shedding! I have locs and they were starting to thin. I found these online, ordered them, and they work. I hate long nails, so I have to cut mine every week. If you have thin hair or short nails, this is a must.

I knew from start that the daily recommend dosage was three pills daily, that wasn't the problem. I took the pills as directed but I notice no difference after a month. I have learned that I would rather take one pill and not three and therefore will not be ordering this product again. Love this brand though. I take the women's daily and the B-Complex and they are amazing.
