Good for health.
My wife uses it every day and loves it. It is a little heavy for her compared to steel pan but you feel the quality and sturdiness every time you hold it. I found that food became more tasty since we started using it. It is value for money.

Worst cast iron item i have come across. Feels like black color painted on aluminum. Never ever buying an indus valley item again.
