This not only works well as a part of your facial routine but also is just nice when you get overheated. After a summer in the south with temps in the 90’s every day, I would lay down after a shower and cool off with this on my face. Refreshing and cool. Definitely use the soft fabric side only. Other side gets too cold. Totally recommend.

Due to some medication I've had to take my face got very puffy. I decided to try the ice masks and I'm very happy I did. I don't know if the puffiness has gone down as much as I'd hoped but it feels wonderful. After I put the face mask on, I put the eye mask under my double chin and just sit back and relax. I leave it on for 20 mins. and then remove everything. I then put the eye mask over my eyes and relax a little more. It really does feel great and the velvet backing that goes against your skin keeps it from feeling too cold. Very happy with this little treat for myself.

I got this because I have an allergy to paint. Even though I was only in the house while a room was being painted, I still puffed up. I used this on my face twice a day to get the swelling down. It feels nice and actually did help me a lot more than I expected.I always use it when my allergies are bad. It feels soooo good on my face and I can still blow my nose haha!
