This is not one of those cheapo flimsy ones.its much stronger and really well made without flaw. It arrived fully charged. No strange smells or noises. Doesn't creak in the hand. Works extremely well every time. Kills with a crack every time. Kills a instantly, no fry and fly away, this is a powerful tool. It's quite big, long thick handle and a large head. The zapping wires are thick and substantial, not the thin flimsy ones makes the kill instant and as humane as possible, even with a wasp. Not had to recharge it yet so no idea how long the charge time is or how long it lasts. If there was a professional electrical fly swatter then this is it, it's extremely well made and works with power and speed. Incredible value for money as it is so well made and works really well. 100% I recommend this.

What a great gadget! I never knew it was so much fun killing flies! It even manages to deal with tiny fruit flies with a satisfying ZAP! Highly recommended! Charges in no time, and it lasts forever.

It works well. Unlike many others with a "safety grid" this one works well. It is also excellent at dispatching large house spiders. Kills them cold with one zap!

It’s a brilliant tool when your actually get the fly! The shape of the racket part is pinto at the sides making it hard to swat close to my new kitchen units! Either that or the flies I get are Bruce Lee wannabes as they easily dodge the racket altogether. But…. When you get the buggers!! Brilliant snap crackle and pop!

These are the best I’ve used for flys and nats, occasional spider or wasp. They will last longer if you clean them with a dry or slightly damp paper towel. Clean off any webs right away. They will set fire to bugs, you need to make sure nothing gets inside the frame to cause a short or they will catch fire. Try not to drop them or they will screw up the bars. There is no protective barrier on these which is why they work so good but that also makes it easy to shock yourself, and they can hold enough of a charge to give you a shock after it’s turned off. Works best after a charge, even a short one, but holds a long charge. After catching a fly I give it a light tap against a wall to clear out the bars.

This is by far the best electric fly swatter. Instead of the insect having to touch both layers of conductive materials, all they have to do with this one is touch two opposite rods and it's lights out. The shock is extremely powerful and renders all insects annihilated on first swat. The rechargeable battery feature just takes this swatter over the top!
