Cocoon by Sealy Soft Foam Mattress, Twin

The mattress arrived at our door in two days. The box is ungainly and had to be dragged up to the bedroom. Once there, I ripped the box off, (It is impossible to dump the mattress out). The mattress was then positioned on the bed. That way, it would be easier to re-position once the bag was opened. Watch out while cutting the bag avoiding cutting the mattress cover. Blunt nosed scissors would be good here. Once the bag is punctured, the mattress starts to expand. The expansion is slow, but do not dawdle! Once the bag was sliced, I ripped the plastic off and unfolded the mattress. The full expansion takes about one to one and a half hours. The edges are the last to expand. Once the bed was made, we tried it out. The mattress is more on the medium side of soft as it was labeled. It took us about two days to become used to the feel. The mattress supports every contour of your body, unlike our "old ?" (three year old $2300.00 top of the line California King). The "top of the line" mattress developed a crater where I laid. I was fed up sleeping in the grand canyon. Now with this mattress, I am on top of the world. This mattress even supports you while sleeping close to the edge. It does not crush down. I cannot imagine this mattress would everform a crater due to the composition of the foam. There are no springs or filling that would separate.There was no odor that some foam mattresses have. This seems like a keeper. Other sellers state that you have one hundred days to change our opinion. Not sure if this applies when purchased from Amazon. Please check about this with Sealy before purchasing. At this point, I doubt that we will change anything.RonUPDATE: I called Sealy. They stated that Amazon has a 30 day trial, not a 100 day as Sealy has. Any problems or returns are handled by Amazon. Also, there is no serial number on the cocoon mattress. Got as a Christmas gift. My husband & I love our mattress!! My husband has not got up with his back hurting since we got our new mattress.

I sleep 😴 pretty well on this mattress. I am glad I bought it.

I did a lot of research and looking before i bought this. My old mattress was just that... old. I'm having to learn to sleep differently due to back issues. I have gone from sleeping in the recliner for about 3 months now to being back in bed with this mattress. So far so good. Back still hurts a little.... but a lot better. If this works out i will be buying another one for another bed.

I have chronic back issues and this mattress is great so far. I have only had it about a month now. I was quite hesitant about ordering a mattress in a box through the mail but I am glad I did, it was worth the investment. It doesnt get hot or make you sweat and its not so hard that its like a rock.

I have this where I am living right now, and a tempur pedic back in my house in AZ, and I love this more that the Tempur that cost me 5 times as much! This is an amazing items, I was skeptical because it was coming out of a box, and not the main Tempur ones, but so glad I got this instead and tell all my friends to save all their extra money from buying the high priced ones and buy this.

The most uncomfortable mattress ever. Aggravated my lower back pain even more, won't recommend. :( Also, they will only do 30 day policy here so if you're past that they won't care.

I replaced my 10 plus year mattress with this one. It took a few days to get used too but now I'm very happy with it. I purchased the soft style. It's very cozy and I put flannel sheets on it so it is perfect. I'm thankful it is reasonably priced and good quality. Buying a bed in a box was a first for me but totally worth it!
