Bag had a hole in the side
When I got this bag it was folded so I briefly looked at it in the closed position and put it away until it was time to wrap the gift. When I went to open the bag the other day there was a big hole in the side of it. 🤦🏻♀️ I had no choice but to use the bag so I had to tape over the hole and apologize to my friend for giving her a damaged gift bag. She was a good sport and shrugged it off. I was embarrassed and I'm angry. I paid good money for a damaged gift bag. I feel cheated.

It’s disappointing that the description says ribbon and tissue paper are included but neither one arrived with this gift bag.
